FEATHERSTON CAMP.
EFFICIENCY BOARD'S yiSIT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. "I paid a visit to Featherston Camp yesterday," said the -Miniater ot Defence (Sir James Allen) to a reporter, this morning, "and I was accompanied by members of the National Efficiency Board. I waa anxious that tHey should see it, and I am only sorry that they were not able to make a more thorough investigation. We are anxious that those who are concerned with the efficiency of the Dominion should see the camps and inquire into their working, and if they have any advice to give let us have it. We are out to gather any information or advice that we can get from anybody who has anything worth having. The National Efficiency Board i has been tusked to 6ubmit any report on | the subject that it may consider advisable."
