ASCOT ESTATE SOLD FOR £40,000. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report the sale of the well known Ascot Estate, Mangere, leased until recently by Mr Hugh R. McKenrie, the well known bloodstock breeder. The property has been purchased by Mr H. Harris, a southern gentleman. The price realised is in the vicinity of £40,000.
