GERMAN THREAT TO FRANCE.
AMSTERDAM, January 11. A Berlin official announcement threatens to transfer 600 Frenchmen to Russia and 400 women to Helzmenden camp as a reprisal for the French retention of inhabitants of Alsace and Lorraine, which it declares contrary to the law of nations. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
