TIRPITZ AND BELGIUM.
AMSTERDAM, January 11. Admiral Yon Tirpitz, interviewed, said that while Germany must keep the Flanders coast, the anuoxation of Belgium was unnecessary. A solution could be found. He declined to make a staicmeut about the reported resignation of General Yon Ludeudorff. He refused to believe that things would be allowed to go so far as to prevent Ludeudorff and Hiudcrburg obtaiuing Uellnlte victory.— (A. uud N.Z, Cable).
