AMSTERDAM, January 11. Admiral Yon Tirpitz, interviewed, said that while Germany must keep the Flanders coast, the anuoxation of Belgium was unnecessary. A solution could be found. He declined to make a staicmeut about the reported resignation of General Yon Ludeudorff.
