LONDON, January 10. •The Treasury and the Minister in Charge of National Reconstruction (Dr Addison) have appointed a committee of 13 to consider problems in connection with currency and foreign exchange during the period of reconstruction and to report upon the steps required to' restore normal conditions. Lord Cunliffe, governor of the Bank of England, ie chairman, and Sir Chae. Addis, manager of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, is a member.— (A. and N.Z. and Reuter.) .
