LONDON, January 10. Mr. Ward Price describes the thoroughness of the British preparations for the raid across the Piave, resulting in the demolition of a machine-gun post and the capture of" the garrison. The raiders rubbed themselves a week previously with camphorated oil, crossed ice-cold water waiet deep aided by a rope, and marched miles afterwards to restore warmth.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
