I TSie Crowu Lands Board met yesterday. • Four applications from lessees for the fee simple of properties In the J'arlshes of Wallip.lte; Tatiraroa, L'aromorclno, and Motatau were favourably considered, the Board ai>provlns <>f the freehold being granted 111 each case. Twcnty-serpn application* for transfers and sub-louses of prnpcrllcs were dealt with, thirteen being approved, twenty recommended for the approval of the Hon. Minister of Lands, two adjourned and tno refnsed.
