I The City Fire Brigade was called out at 4.5 o'clock this morning to an outj brea_ of fire in an outhouse at the | corner of Clifton and Ponsonby Roads. Slight damage only was done by tho flames, which were quickly got under control by the brigade. I By noon 125,000 "surprise packets" had been sold at one. shilling each. This £6250.
