ELLERS-IE TRAINING NOTES. RED RIBBON GOES FAST. TWO HORSES KILLED. There was a decided tinge of autumn In tho air, when daylight appeared this morning, but the weather was beautifully Une for training operations at Ellorslie. The course proper outside tho trestles, which were well out, was open, and a lot of Interesting work was witnessed. Quite a number of tho trainers, however, patronised the sand and tan, but the tasks ou these tracks were more of tho serviceable order, than v guide on the time test, so nothing was timed.
