The annual meeting of the Australasian Temperance and General Mutual Life Assurance Society, Limited, took place to-day. The report stated that new business had increased by over £400,000 for tic year, and amounted in all to £3,500,000. ■Premium Income bad increased by £88,000. The increase in Industrial premium income was the largest ever made toy any society in Australasia for one year. The total income bad increased by £105,000 and reached £771,000.
