HUN WORK IN BISCAY.

LONDON, December 12. Tlierc is indignation in Spain owing to a German submarine shelling the Spanish steamer Olaudio, 2,588 tons, 50 miles off Cape Finisterre. Eight of the crew were killed, and others seriously injured. The ship -was damaged. The Spanish Government is sending a protest to Germany.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
