The Misses Bereeford held thnlr annual pupils musical recital in the Grafton Library Hall, on Wednesday evening, and It was a decided success. The programme although very long, was thoroughly enjoyed oy the parents and friende of the young performers, who really acquitted themselve well. It consisted of piano, violin mandolin, vocal eolos, duets, trios, and orchestral selections. During the evening the following prizes were presented:—Gold medal, (Hazel Wilson; stiver medal, Rita Madden: book prize, Thelma Fraser; hoot prize, Eileen •Skellern.
