CHARGE AGAINST SOLICITOR
ALLEGED MONEY THEFT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TXVERCARGILL, this day. In the Police Court to-day Herbert Macdonald, solicitor, was charged with having converted trust moneys amounting to £1042, belonging to S. Miller, to his own use. \fr. Millnr stated that after •discovering the breach of trust he asked accused to givo him security, and accused replied that he could not do so, because ho hud nothing. Tho ease is proceeding.
