SECOND DIVISION DEPENDENTS -NO INCREASE OP ALLOWANCES. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. Members of Parliament met again this morning in joint caucus and accepted the Government's financial proposals, which means there will be no mcrease in allowances for the Second Division dependents. It is practically certain that the original proposal of 21/ for the wife and 1/ for each child will stand. It is understood no mention was made at the caucus respecting retrenchment ot the Public hervices. The Supplementary Lo an Bill for four millions will probably be introduce! to-nig-ht.
