WORKING SATISFACTORILY. FULLEST CO-OPERATION. (Received 12.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October I_. Admiral Mayo, who has returned from an inspection of the American fleet in Europe, says that the'men are fraternising splendidly with the- sailors of the Allied navies, and that there is the most complete co-operation between the fleets.
