ENEMY COMMUNIQUES
AIR RAID ON TRIESTE. LONDON, September 3. A German official wireless report states: '"The French captured a small portion of our foremost line at Hurtebise Farm. Some of our enterprises south-east of Riga succeeded. The French strongly attacked near Monastiv. We destroyed or captured those penetrating our lines. Serbian attacks at Dobropoljc broke down."—(A. and N.Z. and Reuter.) An Austrian official report states: "The Italians dropped 70 bombs upon Trieste."—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
