MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
FOURTH TRIAL ORDERED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.. I WELLINGTON, this day. The Chief Justice has ordered a fourth trial of Wirihana, charged with manslaughter, three juries having disagreed. The next trial will take place at Palmerston North. The charge is the outcome of the death of a newspaper runner, whom it is alleged Wirihana ran down at Hastings.
