RIOTS IN AUSTRIA.
ROME, September 2. Serious revolts arc reported to have. occurred in Southern Austria, Eastern Hungary, Bohemia, and Transylvania. No news has come from these regions for somo- days, but it is known that trainloads of soldiers have been 6ent to suppress the disorders. The trouble is mostly due to the poor harvest, but the Bohemian disorders are political in their origin.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)'
