HOPE FOR RUSSIA.
UNITY AT MOSCOW CONGRESS., WASHINGTON, August 31. The Russian Embassy has been informed that the Moscow Conference has agreed to a programme including the necessity for concentrating on -winning the war, the establishment of a strong centralising Power, the indivisibility of Russian territories and and unanimous support for the Provisional GosTsjrnment.— (A. and N.Z.).
