IMPERIAL PREFERENCE.
A MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE. LONDON, August 10. The Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr Walter Long) has announced that he is appointing a committee of Minfsters to decide the best means of giving immediate effect to the resolutions passed by the Imperial War Conference in favour of Imperial preference.—CA. ancl N.Z.)
