HOSPITAL SHIPS.
(Received 3.5 pjn.) LONDON, August 10. In the House of Commons, Lord Robt. Cecil confirmed the English-French and Spanish arrangement for the safeguarding of hospital ships by carrying Spanish officers on each. He hoped that this was the end of enemy attacks on these ships, but Germany's definite assurance had not yet been received.— (Reuter.)
