PROTESTANT POLITICAL ASSOCIATION.
m (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A large and enthusiastic meeting- convened for the purpose of forming a jranch of the Protestant Political Asso'iation passed a resolution: — (1) Comnending the attitude of the Minister for Education regarding the maintenance of :he present system of education -. and li) protesting against the exemption of Marist Brothers from military service. Pastor Meyers, in the absence of the Rev. Howard Elliott, delivered a forcible address. The meeting unanimously deeded to form a branch of the Association.
