SET ASIDE.
TRANSFER OF SHARES. The case of Alfred Nicholson, executor of the estate of Miss Patty Maria Xuttall (deceased), v. Frederick Arthur Clarke and Ralph Tarbutt. executors of the will of George Tarbutt (deceased), which | had occupied the Court for four days, i was concluded yesterday afternoon, I when his Honor gave judgment for the plaintiff, and ordered the transfer of shares to be set aside, the register of the Auckland Gas Company to be rectified, and MissNuttall's name put in the register; judgment also for the dividends received by Tarbutt and costs on the highest scale to be paid by the defendants. He expressed his obligations to counsel on both sides for the very able I manner in which the case had been conI ducted, and especially congratulated Mr. IMcVcagb on his address to the jury on behalf of the defendants.
