NEW ZEALAND REPRESENTED.' LONDON, July 2. As the outcome of a national effort to protect child life, a "baby week" was begun to-day. The Queen opened a comprehensive exhibition at Westminster for the purpose of instructing mothers. Lady Plunket organised the New Zealand section.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
