NORWEGIAN BOMB PLOT.
THE BARON TO BE TRIED. AMSTERDAM, July 2. The '-North German Gazette states that Baron yon Hautenfels will shortly be prosecuted in Germany for contravening the Norwegian laws. The journal assures the Norwegians that the explosives which the baron imported were not intended to be used in Norway or against Norway's interests. It adds: '"The German authorities have opened an inquiry into the whole ease, and the matter will be remedied as far as possible.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
