- ■#■ SECOND DIVISION RESOLVE. (By Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The committee of the Second Division League to-night carried in silence the following resolution: "That the Second Division League, viewing with deep re gret the evidence of human sorrow and suffering contained in the casualty lists from Kurope. records it« sympathy with the relatives of those who have laid down their lives iv the defence of the Empire, and atlirms its determination to carry on New Zealand's part in the war to such a victorious conclusion that the heroic sacrifices of the flower of our manhood shall not have I>een made in vain.''
