COPENHAGEN", June 21: During a provisional conference between the Dutch and Scandinavian committees and representatives of the British Socialists of the majority party, the latter expressed themselves in favour of the re-establishment of Belgium, the evacuation of Northern France, the independence ot Poland, and the complet* political equality of all nationalities in Austria-Hungary, with the democratisation of the latter, as the most important of peace conditions. — (A. and N.Z,)
