Parneil, or the Arch Hill Road District, ! or the Remuera Road District, or the Epsom Road District, or the Eden Terrace Road District respectively, Including particularly the special rate levied by Special Order of the Auckland City Council on the 4th day of May, 1916. i "This Special Rate shall be payable in one sum on the Ist day of Juue in each! year, and shall be paid at the Town Hall Auckland, to John Sylvester Brlgham, the Council's Collector, or to such other person for the time being authorised by the Coun-I cil to collect rates."
