RUSSIA'S DEMOCRATS.
PEASANTS DEMAND REPUBLIC. PETROGRAD, June 11. A congress of peasant delegates, representing the whole of Russia, passed a resolution in favour of Federal democracy and a republic. The meeting proposed that a commission should be set up to frame laws relating to the constituent assembly, and that voters aged 18 should receive the franchise.— (<_ and N.Z. Cable.)
