Mr. Culling Car, Secretary of the Uritiah Empire Union, writing to the "ilorning Post,' J asks: "Hae it struck Australians, South Africans, New Zealandere, and Canadians that the Government is Bonding to Stockholm and Petrograd a revolutionary nonentity of the name ot Ramsay Mac Donald as representative ot British Labour Democracy in Parliament, and that Mao Donald states that he carries a mandate promising peace based on no indemnities, no reparation, and no annexations? This means that Southwest Africa, the New Guinea, and German w«jt Africa will be lended back to the Huns as a rewaiu f«r murdering our women and children. America and rKaiice refused passports to their peace cranks. Why is the Government of the British Empire halting between two opinions?"
