Buyers of Colonial Sugar shares offered £21 15/----to-day, but no sellers quoted. X.Z. Drug shares were wanted at 50/-, and Farmers' Co-operative couM have been placed a>t 100/- Insurance share* had steady demand at late rates, and for National Banks, buyers advanced to 108/ G. In reports for the week the manager states that the ore broken from the stopes over No. ,i l evel has shown a f(jw dabs of gold. Driving north at Xo. 6 level has been resumed, and 'both reef and country show improvement, but no gold is showing in the quartz
