SECRET DELIBERATIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The conference between the representatives of the coal mine owners and miners was continued all day. It has been agreed that nothing concerning the business of the conference is to be given for publication until Monday morning.
