REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE IN ITALIAN CAMPAIGN, <A-osfralian and Kew Zealand Cable 'Association and Benter.) N (Received 10.30 ajn.) r LONDON, February 9. A wireless Italian semi-official message states that there is increasingly active opposition in the Bulgarian Bobranje with the view of reducing Bulgaria's activities in the war. Austria also desired the Bulgarians to participate, at the Italian front. The proposition produced a tumult in the Sobranje, the session ending in an indescribable Bcuffle.
