PARNELL BATHS.
- (To the Editor.) Sir, —Many complaints have been made about the seating accommodation at the i- above baths. It is a pity the Council "could riot put a few forms around, which -' "could be done at a very little cost, and 'would'be much appreciated by the public. - The conduct of the baths is excellent, and people come from all quarttt-s on that ■ account, but the cry is, What a shame the Council has neglected to put the finishing touch on to the baths. —I am, ,-Tetc; RATEPAYER.
