OBITUARY.
MR. REUBEN MARTiX. . Another, old. colonist, Mr. Reuben •Martin, died on Tuesday, aged 84 years. He came to Auckland in 1866 in the ship Tyburnia, and later took up land at Maunguturoto. Mr. Martin died at tlie residence of his son, Mr. J. E. Martin, of Ngongotaha. The other children are Messrs. O. W. Martin, of Te Kuiti. and H._ M. Martin, chairman of Rotorua County. Council, and Mesdames R. A. Jackson, of Manukau, and W. Keel, of Birkenhead. I
