(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MAN LOST FROM LAUNCH. DUNEDIN, this dayWilliam Heath, aged 40, was washed from a fishing launch at Puketeraki last night, and is believed to have been drowned. A MAN DROWNED. FOXTON, this day. Daniel Rafferty, a single man, 34 years of age, was drowned while bathing in the Manawatu River at Moutoa yesterday morning. Deceased came from Melbourne, and was employed at the Whitanui flaxmill. HORSE TRAINER KILLED. GISBORNE, this day. Thomas Jones, aged 46, a horse trainer from Hastings, fell from a bedroom window of an hotel, and sustained injuries from which he died.
