ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. . The tenth annual conference of the Nurserymen's Association was opened to-day. Delegates were accorded a civic reception, and were addressed by the Hon. W. D. S,MacDonald. Minister for Agriculture, who gave figures showing the remarkable growth of the fruitgrowing industry. The President's address drew attention to the improved condition of the nurserymen's trade.
