CONTRACT STIPULATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, January 8. The new munitions contracts stipulato that factories supplying 4.in shells aud under must employ 90 per cent of women, while 80 per cent must be employed in making the largest shells.
