I Tho "Daily Mail's" Paris correspondent reports that a trader from Lille states that the Germans burglariously I opened the municipal safes and removed tlie bullion. They also seized satins, silks aud other goods from the shops, for tlie purpose of making sandbags. Officers frequently send wagon loads of goods from Belgium to be sold on their own • behalf. I
