WOMAN'S SECOND ATTEMPT. MEANT TO BE SURE. {By Telesrapli.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The police were informed last night of the disappearance of a woman giving her name as Mre. Gale, from Loir's boardinghouse. A note was left intimating her intention of doing away with herself. The note further states that this is the second try, and ehe was going to make sure. A .search was organised immediately, but no trace of the woman could be found. She was dressed only' in her night clothes and an overcoat. The police, etate that her proper name is Hilda Kobenstein. The search continues.
