SIR J. JELLICOE'S MESSAGE. ANTICIPATES GREAT VICTORY. (Australian and , N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, December 10. Lady Jellicoe, at the opening of a naval institute at Invergordon, on Cromarty Firth, Koss-shire, read a message from Sir John Jellicoe, now First Sea L.ord, in which he stated that the day he left the fleet was the saddest day of his life. He thinks constantly of his old comrades, and hopes they speedily will meet the enemy, knowing how great will be the victory.
