A JEW'S WISH. An extraordinary letter written by m Jew named Solomon Zolowskt, aged 32, a jeweller, of Hare Street, Bethnal Green, was read at the inquest. ZolowsH committed suicide by gas-poison Ing, and left a letter in wirfch he had written:—"l go unexpectedly out of the world because I cannot free myself from the inhnm.n people who live about mc. The Jews were very fond of earning people, and I suppose this man inherited the idea." The letter proceeded:—''May their consciences trouble them as they sleep. I leave the world with a curse co my enemies." In a will the deceased asked that bis body might be cremated and the aabes buried, and stated that he left all .he (possessed, after the payment of funeral expenses, to his little sister, woo la la RnfiHta. A brother said that the deceased was in a good position, and had nothing to trouble him, and he could not say who hie enemies were. His brother came from Rossis, as a refugee ten or eleven years ago. The Coroner pointed out that Jew* were now being registered with the idea that they mleht serve either with the Bzittah Army or with the army of their own conntry. Other witnesses said that the deceased was a "nice neighbour," who waa on good terms apparently with everybody. The jury returned a verdict of eutcide by gas-poisoning, and the Coroner sold that the . will would have to go to the Rabbi and his Instruction* taken, as to. what sfaoold to floue.
