CONSTANTINE'S SEARCH FOR A PREMIER.
PROFESSIONAL "DUGOUT" TO FORM A CABINET.
ATHENS, October 9. M. Stafanon, a former political counsellor of the King, who was invited to form a Cabinet, has failed. After his failure King Constantine continued his search for political "dug-outs," and finally persuaded M. Lambros, Professor of History at Athens University, to form a Cabinet. M Lambros is inexperienced in politics, and is a Germanophile, although not hostile to the Entente. The other Ministers will be announced on Wednesday. The delay will enable King Constantine to hold a conference with Prince Andrew, who ia due from a visit to London and Paris.
