Tie "Times" correspondent at Amsterdam states that the German Press is pointing out that the campaign which smashed Serbia and opened up Constantinople caused Germany to underestimate the influence of British sea power on the continental war. The 'Tages Zeitung" declares that the Germans axe now realising-how British sea power holds the Allies together, enabling a victorious prosecution of the warThe ""Vblks Zeitung/ , in similarly commenting on the situation, adds that Germans never rightly estimated the strength of the British Empire, but now are unfortunately compelled to do so.
