SPIES IN HOLLAND.
TWO GERMANS ARRESTED. GlVlifG HEWS OF WARSHIPS. (Eeoeired 2.45 p-m.) EOTTEKDAM, October 2. An ex-captain of a Hamburg-America Oner and his clerk have been arrested on suspicion of espionage, -while four Dutchmen are charged with complicity. It is alleged that they supplied information as to cargoes going to Sagland and the wbereaboate of Entente warships.
