NOBTHERW UNION. REFEREES' ASSOCIATION. The usual weekly meeting of the League Referees" Association was helrt on Monday evening at the League's rooms, Shorthind Street. The president. Mr A. Campbell, occupied the chair, and the foKowiug members were present:—Messrs. U. Benson, A. Kersusou, T. Feildhig, V.". Anguton, S. Wcston, J. Herrlck, F. Tyson, T. Hill, J. Clow, ft. Thompson, F. Moore, ana \V. Murray (hon. sec). It was decided to play the annual match with the Auckland League us a cuitainraieer to the City-tK>wer Waikatn match at Victoria Park next Saturday. i The Referees' team is as follows:— j Ferguson, Hill, Weston. Moore. Herrick, Wynyard. Murray, Whltley, Dempsey, F. • Thompson, Vanse. Tyson, Clow, T. L. ! Thompson, and W. Aughton. A hearty welcome to the meeting was Riven, to Mr Crater, a well-known llawke's Bay referee. A full attendance of the Association members is requested next 'Monday evening, as the business forthcoming is most important to referees.
