POSITION IN WELLINGTON.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. General inquiry among hotelkeepers discloses that the effect of the operation of the "anti-shouting-'' regulation yesterday was the reduction of bar takings, compared with previous Mondays, varying from 15 to 50 per cent, and probably, averaging 25 per cent.
