STRENGTH OF THE RUMANIAN ARMY,
800,000 MEN TRAINED AND EQUIPPED. AND 300,000 RESERVES. HEM? FROM BRITAIN, FRANCE AND RUSSIA. [United Service.. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, August 29. The "Morning Post" says that a well informed authority state's Rumania has 800,000 men trained, equipped, and ready for the field to-day, and also 300,000 trained reservists. This authority also stated that Rumania had received money from England, guns from France, and transports from Russia.
