IMPRESSES THE GERMANS. ONLY A PRELUDE. (Received 12.50 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 19. The German newspapers attach great importance to tho Russian advance on tlie Lipa. Th-- Russians, aided by splendid railways, have swiftly concentrated large forces near Lyklin. Correspondents assert that these attacks are the prelude to big operations.
