A General Rate of Twopence in the 'pound on the Unimproved Value of all: ratable properties appearing in the Valuation 801 lof the Borough, of Otabuhu. 2. A Water Hate (non-consumers' ordinary " supply), of One Halfpenny ' a •the pound on the Unimproved Value on all lauds and buildings to which watv cau be, tout Is not supplied, situate • •within one hundred , yards from any part of the waterworks, the annual value of which docs not exceed £12 10/; minimum rate, 5/. 3. To Collect a Special Interest Rate of Three 'Halfpence iv the pound on the Unimproved Value of all ratable property appearing iv the Valuation .Roll of the Borough of Otahuhu, to meet the Interest and Sinking Fund Charges on the following Special 'Loans :—Water and Drainage Loan of £23,500; Great South Itoad Improvement Loan, of £3000: Office and Workshop Site Loan, £750; Mangere Bridge Lorn, i~o0; Nlghtsoil Service i Loan, of £300. The Water Charges for ordinary and extraordinary supply, and the Meter Rent are fixed by Sections 423 and. 429 of the Oiy-lawe No. 3 of the said Council.
